We are keen to support urban regeneration, sustainable housing and community-led projects through the planning and design process. We can help with a bespoke Two-Hour Design Review as a rapid, desk-based critique of early designs for new development prior to the Planning process, and as a troubleshooting exercise for applications already underway. This has proven a fast way of identifying the key issues that will slow or prevent a planning consent, as well as highlighting those points which would support approval, together with concise recommendations for improvements.
